 Meet your local Owner/Operator:

Jonathan and his wife, Carmen, have been involved with Chick-fil-A since 2008, when Jonathan took a part-time position at a local Chick-fil-A restaurant to help pay for their upcoming honeymoon. Since then, their Chick-fil-A journey has taken them to multiple states, restaurants, and various positions in Chick-fil-A leadership.

Jonathan has served as a Director of Operations at a Chick-fil-A location, was selected for Chick-fil-A’s Interim Manager Program, and was previously the Operator of Chick-fil-A Berkshire Mall before relocating to Chick-fil-A 5th Street Hwy.

The Stones are passionate about spending time as a family and being involved in their community. They’re actively involved in their church, enjoy the great outdoors, and are thrilled to serve the Temple community.

Creating remarkable experiences

Every person has a story. At Chick-fil-A 5th Street Hwy, we want those who interact with us to feel respected, honored, and valued. Whether you've had a rough day and are in need of a friendly smile or an amazing day worth celebrating, there's room for you here. Pull up a chair, relax, and stay a while. Our team is here to serve you. Our goal is to make a difference, not just in the food we serve, but the community we serve as well.

Chick-fil-A’s Shared Table Program

Helping Fight Hunger on a Local Level

Chick-fil-A® 5th Street Hwy is just one of nearly 2,000 Chick-fil-A® restaurants participating in the Chick-fil-A Shared Table® program, donating our surplus food to a local charitable organization to help reduce hunger and food waste.

As of our opening in 2020, we proudly partner with Hope Rescue Mission in Reading, PA, through the Shared Table program. Each day our Team Members package unsold, prepared food items from our restaurant that are then donated to Hope Rescue Mission to serve those in need in our community. As a restaurant, we are committed to fighting food insecurity in the greater-Reading area.
